You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery for any of the following reasons:

📌 Note: As per FSSAI regulations and food hygiene standards, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Follow these steps to raise a return or refund request:
⚠️ Important: Please do not return products without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

In cases where only part of an order is affected (e.g., one item out of three is damaged), a partial refund equivalent to the value of the affected item(s) will be issued. Shipping charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned due to our error.
Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days. Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above once delivered.
✅ As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 18): Consumers have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices. If your refund is not processed within the stated period, you may file a complaint with the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
We offer a one-time exchange on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the replacement product.
We take great care in packaging all products. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or items are missing:

Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Last updated: May 2026.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law.
