📌 Note: As per FSSAI regulations and food hygiene standards, opened or partially consumed food products cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

4. 📦 How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to raise a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at iamnutsstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on our registered business number.
  2. Provide your order details: Order ID, full name, delivery address, and date of delivery.
  3. Describe the issue clearly and attach clear photographs or a short video of the damaged, wrong, or defective product and its packaging.
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether the return is approved.
  5. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address at no cost to you (for defective/wrong product cases). For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Important: Please do not return products without prior approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds

In cases where only part of an order is affected (e.g., one item out of three is damaged), a partial refund equivalent to the value of the affected item(s) will be issued. Shipping charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned due to our error.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days. Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above once delivered.

✅ As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 18): Consumers have the right to seek redressal against unfair trade practices. If your refund is not processed within the stated period, you may file a complaint with the Tamil Nadu State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

6. 🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange on eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability of the replacement product.

7. 🛡️ Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

We take great care in packaging all products. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or items are missing:
